Lycoris radiata. White flowers with highly reflexed petals. 30cm.

Plant the bulbs three fourths in a compost comprising humus rich garden compost and horticultural sand. Plant 7-10cm bulbs in 6½ d pots. Feed and water regularly after the flowering. Dormant bulbs maybe lifted and stored till time of planting or left in pots. Full to partial shade. The bulb splits itself every year to produce additional bulbs.
