The following terms and conditions are specific to orders placed through this web site by retail customers only, for delivery within the EU. Placing an order constitutes your acceptance these terms and conditions.

Any information supplied by you will be used only for the purpose of conducting business with you and to improve our level of service. We will not pass on your details to any third party without your express agreement.

​

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address and delivery address. This enables us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you in the event of any queries. We also request your telephone number which allows us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order.

When paying by credit card please note that your account will be debited on receipt of your order. If you prefer we can provide details for direct Bank transfers on receipt of your order.

Please see our P&P information page for full information of delivers charges. We will ship your plants to you at the best time for planting. . Please open the packaging on receipt. The sooner the plants are tended to the greater the opportunity for success. Please note products may arrive on different days.

All prices quoted are in British pounds () and are accurate at the time published but may be subject to change. Any VAT is not included at the current rate. If the price varies between you placing and receiving your order, we will honour the original price.

We maintain a full list of our products on our site for information. Any items out of stock will be indicated and will not be available for order. Should an item not be available at the expected time of despatch, we will let you know and send the item when stock becomes available or offer a substitute if acceptable to you. Should any item ultimately not be available and an alternative not acceptable we will refund the amount in full by the same method as your payment.

Should you have a problem accepting delivery on the expected delivery dates, please provide us with instructions for the carrier giving alternate instructions.

We will supply products in prime condition and will not knowingly offer for sale endangered species harvested from the wild. If for any reason you are not 100% delighted upon receipt of your order, please advise us by e-mail or in writing within 15 days. A replacement to be sent promptly.

Retail customers have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 30 days after delivery the goods To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice, giving details of the goods ordered. Notification by phone is not sufficient. Except in the case of defective or misdescribed goods, if you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to the us at your own cost.

The goods must be returned to the address shown on the delivery slip. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. In the case of faulty or misdescribed goods the we shall, after receiving notification, either collect the goods from you or ask you to return the goods to the Supplier in accordance with our Returns procedure. Will refund or re-credit you within 14 days of cancellation any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods If you do not return the goods as required, we may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.

The risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery or if you fail to take delivery when we tried to deliver. You will own the goods once delivered. We will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery of plants or other products, or consequential and/or subsequent loss once the goods have been delivered.

Our liability is restricted to the value of the goods ordered. We cannot accept responsibility for items which fail to grow due to extreme weather conditions, over or under watering, or which have not been cared for according to good horticultural practice.

Whilst we make every effort to show and describe our products as accurately as possible, in rare cases the final product may differ slightly. Images of flowering plants are for illustrative purposes only. This content of this site should only be used for general guidance only and should not be relied upon without further research. We shall not be liable for any damage or loss that may occur in the use of any of the information contained or advice given.

You may save or print individual pages from this site for your own personal use but you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, resell, display, post or transmit any part of this site without our permission.

We reserve the right to remove, modify or change without notice any information on this site from time to time. We may also change these terms at any time by posting notice of the changes on the site. If you use the site after any changes have been made you will be bound by the new terms.

These terms and your use of this site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of and any disputes will be decided by the Courts Scotland.
