Commonly called slipper orchids splendid plants to grow in the garden, usually flowering in late spring or early summer.

Plant in a cool, shady place in the garden in compost comprising of equal parts of peat, leaf mould and loam mixed with gritty sand.

May take a year to establish but well worth waiting for.

Our only native ladyslipper orchid which has been increased in the laboratory so that we can now offer this plant.Red and yellow flowers produced from european stock seeds.
