Yellow blooms edged with red to define the flower shape.
 
Crocosmias increase well in the garden if left undisturbed and are also good for using as cut flowers. Plant 10 cm. deep. They enjoy full sun and can be used for cut flower, although they will also grow well in semi shade in most soils that are free draining. Does not do well in very alkaline soils. Leave to naturalise undisturbed for a number of years in the garden.
