4-6, deep red flowers borne on stems that are 50 -60cm long. Flowers during summers and the long lasting flowers. good for cut flowers.

Flowering 10 cm up circumference dormant bulbs offered.

Plant the bulbs three fourths in a compost comprising humus rich garden compost and horticultural sand.Plant 7-10 cm dia bulbs in 6” dia pots.  Feed and water regularly after the flowering. Dormant bulbs maybe lifted and stored till time of planting or left in pots.  Full to partial shade. The bulb splits itself every year to produce additional bulbs.
