A really weird plant we should say. It is a rhizomatic evergreen, long petioles and glossy leaves. The inflorescence is produced on the upper part of the petiole with little cream flowers that opens one after another. The seeds are bluish and very ornamental too. The leaves are often used as plates in the remote part of the Himalayas.
Flowering size dormant rhizomes offered.
Grow in a mixture of 2 parts of good garden soil with 1 part humus and1 part horticultural sand. Water and feed regularly.
