Very attractive deep pink coloured bracts and well suited for large pots and containers. Petiole, stems and mid ribs are light red in colour. Grows upto 3 m tall ornamental banana trees/orchid plants. Cold tolerant. Musa prefer rich organic compost. They do best well when planted outdoors in the tropics under full sunlight. Once established they do well with dilute fertilizing. Plants offered are 1 to 1.5 feet tall established in 1.5 litre poly pots. Available after May 2009.
